Help me rename this blog?
Now that we're expecting our 2nd daughter, Madeline, I can't call this blog "Gwen of Shenzhen" anymore. I liked that name because it rhymed and was very unique. I'm less enthusiastic about "Gwen and Maddy's blog" ............ boring!
But I'm drawing a blank. I want something short and sweet. Not more than three words, clever or catchy would be great! It doesn't have to include their names. It can reflect that they're sisters (twin-esque, twin-like, un-twins, two snopeas in a pod?) or that they're adopted from China. It can even include Pinyin, if that helps. Or it can just be anything even remotely related to this journey.
Both girls have the same Chinese first name: Xiao (pronounced shau). It can mean different things depending on how the Chinese character is written but our girls have the same meaning: Knowledge or knowing. It's pretty amazing that they have the same Chinese first name so I've thought about playing with it and working it into a clever title but, again, my clever meter isn't even registering lately! Maybe it's mommy-brain?
I'd love some help. Any ideas? If you can't post a comment, feel free to email me. Just click on my profile to get my email address. :)

Sorry no ideas at the moment, just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I get sick and don't visit your blog for a few days and look what I missed! I'm so excited for you! Madeline is beautiful. Wow, wow, wow!
Once again congratulations!

Sharing Xiao (My personal fave)
The Xiao Show

If you want to use Xiao, I like Xiao Mei Mei. If you're not totally comitted to that, I like Double Happiness!
Oh! I like Double Happiness! Lemme go see what I can find as far as graphics!
The other choices are super good too! I knew I asked the right group of people! :)
Donna
I love Double Happiness. Sounds just perfect to me. Congratulations on BOTH adventures!!
Love Double Happiness!

Double Happiness is perfect! That's one of Julia's nicknames, because she is happiest if she has a pair of something -- anything -- to carry around.
Donna, you surprised me! wasnt it just a couple of weeks ago that you commented you were thinking of adopting a waiting child? wow! you are a go getter! How awesome. Love the new blog name, and little Maddy is adorable. How fun for you to have "twins"!
Oh I don't know, how about "Club Joy"?
Yoli :-)
I'm not very creative, Donna... I love everyone else's idea of Double Happiness, though! I think your happiness is going to increase expotentially with the addition of a second daughter!
BYW, how is the nighttime sleep coming along? I've been thinking of you!
Love, Lynne
Beautiful, Donna! The way the two girls hold the 'Xiao' name in the picture. I like the name too.

PS there is a typing mistake in 'Madeline' in your intro text, just in case you hadn't seen it yourself yet.
PS And there's something else: the entire blog has now the width of your top graphics, which is not wide enough for the rest of the blog to display properly (I think). But I'm sure you already saw that yourself, too. Not that I'm complaining! ;-)
I like Double Happiness a lot. It's sweet. Joy Luck Club would be cute, too. But I think Double Happiness really conveys what your family has. :-) I don't even know you, but I am thrilled for you and your daughters. I cried when I read your post about Maddy's referral. Tears of joy! :-)
I love "Double Happiness". The only other thing I can think of right now is "Knowing Gwen & Maddy" to play on what their common name means. Good luck, and congrats on your beautiful new daughter!!!
I have a feeling you should have named it Double Trouble
Double Happiness is great!!!
Just my thought but use the Chinese symbols at the side...cool
Hi Thanks for visiting our site and for your email. I can certainly see whay you are wondering about these two little girls That is truly amazing. It would have to be a God thing if you have found her. What a neat story.
I too think "Double Happiness" is a great name. I conveys your feelings as a family and is also a prominent Chinese character. Best of luck!
Just wanted to say that I LOVE the name you decided on for your blog. It's perfectly fitting!
