You're insane. Certifiable. You just gave yourself virtual twins. I would need valium. But I'm thrilled for you. Maddy is adorable too! I'm glad that you are able to provide another precious little girl with a loving home and family - especially one who is SN. Congratulations to you & Andrew and Gwen!!!

Michelle, yep, I'm nuts! But I knew we were going to have two daughters "eventually" so what's the harm in getting this part over with as soon as possible? I love the toddler years but they're hard (as you know!) The girls will be 2.5 when they meet. That's not a bad age! The can communicate pretty well (even in Mandarin!) by then. All in all, I think the transition will be easier for Maddy since she'll have Gwen to show her the way.
Jen, you're SO right! When I called my agency last week, I only thought I was getting information for this summer! I never imagined that we could start this now and they'd offer us a child on their new list! Crazy!! But super exciting too!
