In other news, here's Gwen and her new friend, Alec. At first, there was lots of competition but she warmed up to him after about 15 minutes. Alec's parents attended MIT with Gwen's Daddy nearly 20 years ago! It's fun to see that they're good buddies now too!

Hi Donna,
Thank you so much for hosting the get together, we both had a great time and so enjoyed meeting everyone. Sorry about that soda spill in the living room....bad Kat, bad.
I would have replied to you sooner but I have working pretty much since the day after the get together and 12 hour shifts just don't leave much time for anything else. I am happy to report that I am on 4 days off now, yeeha!
Based on what USAA is telling us, I think it is very unlikely we will travel with 109. So as long as it is May (and not any later), I have accepted this new timeline and have adjusted accordingly.
I hope to see you again soon.
Thanks again for playing hostess, it was a really fun party (and the chocolate fountain wasn't bad either).
Kat (and Colin)
I love both of these pictures! And what a clear picture of Kitty!
Gwen and Alec look so cute... what a nice shot.. so candid! : )

I just bought that animal print dress for our new daughter today! I got it in a size 3T though not knowing how old she'll be or how big she'll be. She'll get to wear it some day for sure that way! It's ADORABLE! Gwen is a beautiful little girl.
How in the world did you get a picture with your cat's eyes open? I've never been able to do that with our felines.
Great-looking shots!
Wow, that new flash really does make a difference. That's a beautiful shot of your kitty.
Donna :)
You've been cyber Tagged. Go to my blog to find out what it's all about....
What type of camera do you have?
We're using the Canon Rebel XT with a Canon 430EX flash.

Kitty's eyes look great, so what kind of camera and flash did dh get? I have a Canon 20d and am looking at several flashes for it. Your daughter is such a cutie, I love seeing pics of her!
How'd I know that! Ha! We're getting one too! It seems to be a "hot" buy this year!
FYI--you've been tagged by Becoming Amelias mom!
What nice clarity! I'm going to have to look into getting a flash. I've been thinking that for a while. You've just confirmed it for me.
